FUNDING OF THE PROJECT/ DONATIONS /
CONTRIBUTIONS
The total cost of the project - Nov 2013 is I.Rs.65 Lakhs.
The project was fully funded by the Managing Trustee, without any outside contribution, either by cash or kind, from inception until December 2012.
We have started accepting voluntary contributions by bank transfer only or by Cheque to ashram trust account from January 2013. We have decided not to accept donations by cash or kind to maintain internal control.
Many well-wishers have donated to support the noble cause of helping special children and our sincere thanks to all of them.
All donations are free from the Income-tax under section 80 G (5) (vi) of the Income-tax Act 1961 (We have uploaded a copy of 80G approval in our web site).

As we admit more number of children, the costs would be more and we may require support from outside. Donations (however small the amount is) can be made by sending DD/Cheque in favour of Ashram charitable trust, Payable at Coimbatore, or may do bank transfer into our trust bank account – the details are below:

You could support the project by just visiting the children’s home, by introducing Friends/Relatives/Colleagues – the moral support is very much important to motivate us to excel in our mission.
TRANSPARENCY
To ensure complete transparency, we are uploading the progress of the project, accounts, list of donors, expense details etc. on a monthly basis in our web site ‘ashramcharitabletrust.org’
